Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada and US only.
Orders placed before 1:30 EST noon will be shipped out the same business day.
When you add items into shopping cart and click "view cart", the website will show estimated shipping fees and delivery dates based on your postal code and parcel weight/size. Oversize/Overweight items will show an estimate like $39/$49. Our website is integrated with main Carrriers' real-time shipping fee calculator softwares. Please note the estimate is not final and the carrier can be different to the one you choose online.
Orders shipped via buyer's shipping label: we are not responsible for late or non-delivery and any damages. There is a handling charge of $5 for us to ship via buyer's shipping label provided.
Orders can be picked up at our location. Please come AFTER you receive an email notification that your order is "awaiting pikcup", or please call us to confirm the order is ready for you. Please bring the order number with you for pickup. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders.
PayPal is not acceptable for pick-up orders.
Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and invenry returned to our warehouse. Paid orders will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If you are not satisfied at your purchase, at your cost, you may return new, unused or unopened items within 5 days of delivery. Original shipping fee is not refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Please ship out your return only after you file a "Return Request" online and its status is "Return Authorized".
Time frame for us to accept a return is 5 days after delivery - Please file a Return Request on www.zakkaCanada.com within 5 days, or your return will not be authorized.
We make every effort to ensure your order is processed correctly. We ask you to review items and your shipping address prior to order submitting.
We always recommend customers to email email@example.com first before filing a return request. We'll do the best to resolve the problem.
Store purchases and pickup orders are FINAL. Please check all items at pickup. We are not responsible for any damages after items leave our store/warehouse.
Items we do not accept returns:

Custom made order including logo print will ask for a deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due before shipment. We will keep the order for customers for 30 days.
