Zakka Canada provides high-quality shipping and packaging supplies to the retail and e-commerce market as well as jewelry packaging and displays to the jewelry industry.  Zakka Canada offers customization options including sizing and prints. We specialize in bubble mailers, gift boxes, jewelry packaging, tissue paper, tote bags and branding extras that elevate your customer experience.


Is Zakka Canada a trusted supplier for small businesses?

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

We offer low minimum order quantities to support small businesses. Many of our custom options start at just a hundred units—perfect for startups and growing brands.


Does Zakka Canada offer eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! Many of our products are eco-friendly, recyclable, and even compostable—including our kraft boxes, jewelry boxes, jewelry paper cards and protective materials. Ask us about our sustainable packaging line.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders placed before 12pm, leave our warehouse the same business day.  Depending on the time of year some orders may leave within 1–2 business days.  As soon as an order is shipped we send a tracking link for you to follow its every move.


Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up at our location. Please come AFTER you receive an email notification that your order is "awaiting pickup", or please call us to confirm the order is ready for you. Please bring the order number with you for pickup. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders.

PayPal is not acceptable for pick-up orders. 


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll see what’s possible.


Can I get custom packaging with my logo?

Yes, we offer custom printed packaging including branded boxes, tissue, stickers, and more. Whether you’re a jewelry brand, spa, hotel or boutique shop we’ll help create the perfect look for your packaging. Just reach out to speak with one of our packaging experts.


Do you offer sample packs before I commit to a full order?

Yes! You can request sample packs of boxes, bubble mailers, or tissue paper to test before buying. It’s a great way to feel confident in your packaging choice.  Depending on the item, a fee may be applicable, but will be reimbursed on successful order in most cases.


Will I be able to see my custom package before it's printed?

Yes, we will send you a digital mock up of your custom item for final approval before we print. 


What file format do you need for printing my logo?

We only accept vector files for logos (such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDF).  This is because vector files are scalable without losing quality, which ensures the highest quality print.  If you don’t have a vector logo, we can make one for you at a cost of $35.  We will then send you the file for future usage.


How long does it take to get custom packaging?

Turnaround times for custom printed packaging depend on the type of product and design. Expect:

  • 2-3 weeks for basic print jobs

  • 4-12 weeks for fully custom packaging.  Time varies based on the complexity!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, e-trafer, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  We now offer Buy Now, Pay Later options. 


Where do you ship?

We ship across North America and internationally.


Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

 We can accommodate most PO Boxes but only through Canada Post.  Please select Canada Post as your preferred courier in the checkout if you would like your package mailed to a PO BOX.


Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re ordering larger volumes, we’ll create a custom quote with bulk pricing. Just tell us what you need and we’ll build the best package (and price) for your business.


What if I am unhappy with my order? Do you offer returns or refunds?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, no worries we have got you covered. We offer a no-fuss-no-muss 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Key requirements:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item that has been received and does not meet your satisfaction.

  • Your item must be returned in its original packaging, and free of any new damage.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • You will need to include your Invoice/ proof of purchase with your returned items
  • Email info@zakkacanada.com to file a return request.  
  • In the case that Zakka Canada is at fault, a shipping label will be provided to you at no cost, however if the buyer chooses to return the item, Zakka Canada does not refund the original shipping charge.  Sending the item back will be the responsibility of the buyer.
