Minimum Order Requirement

$50 - Cash&Carry store purchase.

No minimum for order placed online.




Online Payment: Credit Cards (Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard) and PayPal.

Offline Payment: Interac e-Transfer (Email Money Transfer), Money Orders and Company Checks.

Store Purchase: Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Cash.

*PayPal is not acceptable for pick-up orders. 


Shipping & Delivery

We ship Canada and US by Canada Post. Please note that there may have restrictions on some items, and some items may not be shipped to international destinations.

Orders placed before 2:30 EST noon will be shipped out the same business day. However "Special Order Items" and custom made orders will be shipped out in 3-6 weeks.

When you add items into shopping cart and click "view cart", our website will show shipping fee and estimated delivery date based on your postal code, parcel weight, size and shipping options you choose.  www.zakkacanada.com is integrated with Canada Post real-time shipping fee calculator, for you to have complete control over cost and speed of delivery.

Oversize/Overweight items can not show shipping fee online - please contact for a quote.

Take Canada Post expedited parcel as an example, your order delivery is estimated:

1-3 business days within Ontario;

2-5 business days to Quebec;

and 2-7 business days to other provinces. 

Please order early and give extra 2-3 days to avoid any delivery delay if the order is for a show or an event.


Order Pickup

Orders can be paid and picked up at 71 Delta Park Blvd Unit#1 in Brampton. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders.

PayPal is not acceptable for pick-up orders. Customer can pay by credit or debit cards and cash at store. Unpaid orders not picked up within 2 weeks of scheduled date may be cancelled.

If the order is shipped by buyer's courier, a $5 handling fee may be applied on the order.

Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and invenry returned to our warehouse. Paid orders will be refunded to the original method of payment.


Return Policy

Returns for store credit only - NO CASH REFUND

If you are not satisfied at your purchase, at your cost, you may return new, unused or unopened items within 5 days of delivery. Original shipping fee is not refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. 

Please ship out your return only after you file a "Return Request" online and its status is "Return Authorized". 

Time frame for us to accept a return is 5 days after delivery - Please contact us or file a Return Request on www.zakkaCanada.com within 5 days, or your return will not be authorized.

We make every effort to ensure your order is processed correctly. We will ship exactly what you order; we ask that you check your order carefully and review your order prior to submitting.

We always recommend customers to email info@zakkacanada.com first before filing a return request. We'll do the best to solve the problem by offering store credit or discount if there is damaged, missing or wrong items received in the parcel.


Final Sale: Store/Warehouse purchase (including pickup orders) is final. Please check all items at the purchase.  We are not responsible for any damages after items leave our warehouse. ALL CLEARANCE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.


Custom Orders

Custom made order including logo printing order will ask for a deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due before shipment. We will keep the order for customers for 30 days.
