Here are updates for our response for covid-19
Dear customers,
In order to help the efforts of slow the spread of coronavirus, our showroom and office remain closed until further notice. Warehouse opens for daily shipment.
As always, you are welcome to order online at www.zakkacanada.com, and we ship orders out everyday as usual. Canada Post suspended their "On Time Delviery Guarantee" at the time, so please be patient and expect extra days of delay. As usual, you'll receive our email containing an online tracking number once your parcel is shipped out, you can use it to keep your parcel tracked.
Stay Home Stay Safe: Please accept code 10SHIP to get $10 shipping fee off (order minimum $50 for inventory items), a support from Zakka Canada, to you, our loyal customers. Please update your shipping address in case your store is closed at this time.
Changes on Ruturn Policy: For safety of our employees, we may not accept any returns until further notice.
Changes on Pickup Orders: Before you come for curbside pickup, please email to info@zakkacanada.com to schedule an appointment for your pickup
We are making extra efforts to keep our warehouse clean by increasing the frequency and thoroughness of cleanings and making hand sanitizers available. To keep safe working envoirment, we have reduced staffing working on shifted hours. Customer service team works from home, to help with your inquiries as usual.
