Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide by Canada Post. Please note that there may have restrictions on some items, and some items may not be shipped to international destinations.
When you add items into cart, our site will show shipping fee and delivery date based on your postal code, parcel weight / size and shipping options you choose. Zakkacanada.com is integrated with Canada Post realtime shipping fee calculator, for you to have complete control over cost and speed of delivery.
Take Canada Post expedited parcel as an example, your order delivery is about:
1-2 business days within Ontario;
2-4 business days to Quebec;
and 2-6 business days to other provinces.
Please add note in your order or choose a faster shipping method if the order is urgent for a show or an event.
Order Pickup
Orders can be paid and picked up at our warehouse at Unit 6 on 1 Saunders Road in Barrie. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied at your purchase, you may return new, unused or unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Original shipping fee is not refundable. We may charge 20% restocking fee if the whole order is returned.
We always recommend customers to contact us first before filing a return request. We'll do the best to solve the problem by offering store credit, discount or replacement if there is damaged, missing or wrong item received in the parcel.
You should expect to receive refund within 1-2 weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please ship out your returns only after you file a "Return Request" online and its status is "Return Authorized".
To avoid any return and resend shipping cost, we offer store credit and discount options in stead of a return.
