Sales Policy

Pricing - www.zakkaCanada.com is an online wholesale store serving retailers, vendors and businesses.   Please note that all prices are applicable to GST / HST/ PST for Canadian buyers.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Ontario Resellers - To get PST waived or refunded, please fill out PEC (PURCHASE EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES), and fax back to 705.812.3922. During registration, please type in your vendor permit number.

Currency – Prices marked C$ are in Canadian dollars, marked $ are in US dollars.  Our credit card gateway is set to charge order total in Canadian dollars, so Canadian buyers will not occur any exchange rate fee on your statement.

Minimum Order – $50 requirement for each order, or a low order fee of $10 will be charged.

Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW and sealed to our customers.  

Order Processing - It takes 1 business days to process your order.  We will make every attempt to ship in-stock items on the same business day.  We use Canada Post as our carrier.  If you purchase a combination of products with different availability status please use the longest duration as guidelines.  Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items.

Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis.  You will receive emails from us informing your order status.  Please add info@zakkaCanada.com into your email system to avoid our email dropping into junk/trash folder.

Out of stock items - Due to large selection and fast overturn rate, it may happen that we can not fulfill 100% of the order sometimes.  The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status.  Customers will be informed by email/phone within 24 hours for the order status.  We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out.  You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation - Cancellation notice must be submitted by email/fax no later than 24 hours after the order is placed.  If an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing we can cancel the order.  However, due to high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period before shipping, any cancellation will incur a 15% restocking fee.  We advise our customers to identify the products you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.  For any questions we welcome you to email or call us before you place an order.

Special/Custom Order - Special or custom order is not refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit.  A deposit will be asked prior to order processing.

Liability - We will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage.  Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk.  In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.

 

Shipping and Order Pickup

Shipping&Handling Fee – $10 first 5lbs and $2 each additional pound for orders shipping within Ontario & Quebec. $15 first 5lbs for orders shipping to other provinces and US.  Our site will calculate S&H for you based on weight and measurement of items in your shopping cart.

Without special instruction, all orders are shipped by Canada Post from Barrie Ontario.  Canadian buyers will never worry about any possible import duty, tax or brokerage fee ever. Shipping fees are calculated as per Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping rate based on weight/size of the item(s) ordered.  The site will calculate the shipping&handling fee based on items in your shopping cart, and show it at the checkout page.  For international orders we will notify you by email/phone the exact shipping charge before processing your order.  

Delivery by Canada Post for in-stock items will take 1-4 business days within Canada.  For out of stock items delivery may take extra 1-2 weeks.  Please phone or email us for order updates.

Orders can be picked up at our office in Barrie. Check Directions&Hours. Please contact us to confirm the pickup time.

International Customers - International orders (outside of Canada and US) are welcome.  However, when placing the order, please keep in mind the relatively high shipping cost to your location.  We will do our best to provide the lowest possible shipping cost to you.  Due to the complication of calculating rates for international shipment (Size, Dimension Weight, Actual Weight, Geographic Location, etc...), we may re-calculate the shipping cost after we have received your order.  There may have an adjustment if the shipping fee you paid can not cover the real shipping cost.  Please be assured that we will only process an order AFTER we have obtained your confirmation.  We may use Canada Post or DHL to ship all international packages.  Delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

The goal of zakkaCanada.com is to provide a wide selection of jewelry display, packaging and store fixtures 24 hours-a-day.  We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same business day the order is placed.  Our normal order processing time is 1-2 business days.  Delays may occur for items marked ***, back order, in limited availability or on special orders.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Payment Options

zakkaCanada.com accepts the following payment methods:

1) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, and Diner’s Club

Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped.  Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.  For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.  We may call your phone number to confirm the order status before shipment.

2) Company/Personal Checks, Cashiers checks, Certified checks or Money Orders

Payable to: Zakka Canada.  Your order will be processed once we have received the cashiers check, certified check or money order.  For company or personal check, we will process the order once the check is cleared from the bank.

3) PayPal

We accept PayPal payment from verified account with confirmed address only.  Our PayPal email is info@zakkaCanada.com.  Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. 

4) Wire Transfer

Direct bank deposit and wire transfer is available through our Canadian, US, European and Australian local bank accounts.  Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.

 

Return and Exchange

Conditions:

We will replace an item or issue a refund at no cost if it is delivered under either 2 conditions:

Wrong Item - If you received a wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please email/fax us within 3 business days.  We will arrange a return and ship you the correct item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

Defective Item - If you received a defective item, please email/fax us within 3 business days.  After we examine and confirm the defective returns we will ship out a replacement to you right away.  Please note that one or two defective items in a whole packaging case does not mean that the all items are defective and the whole order should be returned.

Procedure to file for a Return:

If items you received meet either conditions above, you have 7 days to file a return.  Please send an email to info@zakkaCanada.com with the following information:

Your name or Company name; Your phone number; Your billing & shipping address; Your e-mail address; Your original order number; Reasons for returning the item

On the return package, please write “return items without any commercial value”.

Credit Card Refund: Credit back to your credit card may take 2-4 weeks to appear on your monthly statement from the day we have received the returned items. 

PayPal Refund: Refund will be issued via PayPal back to your account within 2-4 business days from the day we have received the returned products.

Other Refund: Either company check or store credits will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.

NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

· Any refused shipment sent back to zakkaCanada.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.  The customer will have to make arrangements with us to receive the refused shipment again.

· Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by zakkaCanada.com.

· No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.

· We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products.  We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.  If you wish to test out our products please just place a small order to examine our styles and quality.

zakkaCanada.com uses customer contact information to send order status and promotional newsletters from our company only.  Users may opt-out of our newsletters at any time by sending us an email to request to be removed from our mailing list.

Security
zakkaCanada.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  The checkout and payment process utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.  Your credit card payment is processed by Paymentech who uses strong encryption technology to protect your credit card information, which is not passed onto our website.  If you use PayPal, your credit card information is protected by PayPal and is not passed onto our website.
