1. Is www.zakkaCanada.com a secured website?

Yes, zakkaCanada.com is a 100% secure site. 2. When will I receive my order?

We use Canada Post to ship orders from Barrie Ontario. Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order. Delivery within Ontario may take 1-2 business days, and 2-4 business days to other provinces. You may receive an email from Canada Post for the tracking number and shipping updates.

3. How shipping fee is charged?

Ontario s& Quebec: $10 for first 5lbs (or equivalent measurement) and $2 for each additional 2lbs; Other Provinces and USA: $15 for the first 5lbs and $2 for each additional 2lbs.

The site calculates shipping fee based on both weight and size of items in your shopping cart.  And we keep it very similar to the rate of Expedited Parcel of Canada Post, which is our main carrier.

4. What is LOW ORDER FEE, why am I charged low order fee?

There is minimum order $50 requirement at www.zakkaCanada.com. If your order total is under $50, a low order fee of $10 will be charged.

5. How can I pay for my orders?

While purchasing online at www.zakkaCanada.com, you'll be asked to select any of the payment methods: 1. Visa, MasterCard or American Express; 2. Money Order; 3. Local Pickup (You'll pay at our store while you pickup your order);

For phone-in orders, you can pay by credit card, money order and bank transfer.

6. What do I do if I receive a product that has problems?

If you have any problems with your shipment other than "normal dissatisfaction", please email: info@zakkaCanada.com, or call 705.812.1119.

7. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, email info@zakkaCanada.com, or call 705.812.1119 ASAP. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned, but the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

8. I keep getting error messages while paying by credit card, why?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express securely at www.zakkaCanada.com. It may have several reasons why your card can not go through. Please check:1. All numbers you input are correct; 2. Billing address you input is the same as address showing on your credit card statement. If you still can not complete the payment, please contact us at 1.877.412.1119

9. I'd like to buy at your store, what's store directions and hours?

Our store is located in Barrie downtown. It's about 45 minutes drive from GTA. Store address: 110 Dunlop Street East, Unit 204, Barrie. If you're driving from the south, take exit 96 Dunlop East on Hwy 400. 

Store hour is 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday except holidays.
